To keep appointments smooth and comfortable for everyone, please review these salon policies.
1. Appointments
All visits are by appointment only.
Please arrive on time so I can provide the full service.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
No-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via e-transfer, cash, or through Square booking.
5. Children & Guests
Please avoid bringing additional guests unless previously discussed.
For safety reasons, children are not allowed unless they have an appointment.
6. Health & Safety
If you have any nail/brow concerns (cuts, infections, allergies), please inform me before the service.
I maintain full sanitation of tools and workspace.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you notice an issue with your nails or brows within 3 days, contact me — I will be happy to fix it.
8. Privacy
Your personal information (phone number, booking details, messages) is kept private and used only for appointment-related communication.
